LE@D is proud to announce a number of exciting training opportunities this month:

Tuesday, May 3, join us for a special Webinar event with technology specialist Carson Block as he discusses ten tips for managing technology planning projects. Carson is the instructor for "Management of Technology" an eight-week facilitated course approved for certification under the Certified Public Library Administrators program. Registration is now open for the next session beginning June 1, and a limited number of seats are available to applicants outside the CPLA program. We encourage you to consider taking part!

LE@D's library relations associate and management consultant Pat Wagner will also be hosting a new Webinar on Tuesday, May 17, where she will share ten tips for improving co-worker relations and changing the the dynamics of workplace cultures. Today also marks the release of LE@D's newest title, "Social Media 101: Business & Career Tools", by Scott Brown, owner of the Social Information Group. This course explores the often-overlooked benefits of social media resources as tools for effective business research and will equip you to harness LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and more, and share with your users how to best utilize these services.
