It's October! Be sure to take some time, go outside, and watch the trees transform themselves over the next few weeks. Enjoy the bright colors of the leaves as the changing of the seasons provides some of nature's most impressive scenery And while you're being dazzled by the brilliant colors, remember, change isn't always bad or terrifying. Change can be beautiful!
But change can also be intimidating, leaving us feeling isolated, out of touch, and confused. This month we look at communication can help us manage the changes in our life to our benefit. Pat Wagner discusses the growth of social networks as a means of staying in touch, and we look at Cheryl Bryan's new LSSC class for tips on better communication.
