I really appreciate these tutorials. It allows all staff to participate, from my part-time desk staff to the library director. When training is done in person, I can only send half my staff, at best.

I think this was well thought out, and covered many of the ''normal'' problems run across in everyday library land. Well done.

I just completed two more of the on-line...tutorials. They both were outstanding tools to refresh and learn. I enjoyed the multicultural class as we have a large group of Native Americans that we deal with and I really did not know much about the other cultures since we have very few in our community. The other class was the presentation class. I have found out that I will be speaking at ...this August so I guess I will be putting this to better use than I originally thought. At any rate thanks to all who helped fund this and to you for setting it up!

This tutorial was very helpful to me, I do not know how it could be improved. I have encountered so many of the problem patrons that were outlined in this tutorial and it helped very much in knowing the appropriate responses to use. I especially enjoyed the video and audio.

I just registered for two courses. I love the options afforded by technology. I started my library science courses in 1994, before Internet had made its inroads. Geographically, I was up the creek and had to settle for a non-ALA accredited school of library science. Anyway, love it! Thanks for your help.
