News Update

To our valued customers:

Good news: LE@D is currently working with the Department of Library Science in the College of Information at the University of North Texas in an effort to continue bringing you the quality library training you have come to expect from the LE@D program.

The planning is in the beginning stages, but we hope that soon we will able to give you news about the next steps in continuing the program. While we are not currently taking new registrations, we hope to soon reopen enrollments.

We at Lifelong Education @ Desktop thank you for your support during the past nine years. With your help, we distributed more than 30,000 classes to more than 20,000 librarians and library staff. UNT is working to find a way to continue our service to the library community.

Please stay tuned.

As always, LE@D is committed to helping you meet your training needs. If you have any questions or would like to discuss our courses with us, call us at 940 565-2502 or email us at lead@unt.edu today.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Sincerely,

Kevin Haney

Blackboard Vista Update!

Recent enhancements to the Blackboard Vista Learning Management System have rendered occasional display errors for users with the latest browser versions. If you encounter difficulties within a LE@D course, check out the following resources for more information on supported browsers. Please note that until further fixes are implemented, the latest browsers are often unsupported by Blackboard Vista.
